UBS lowers interest rates
As from 1 July 2001, UBS will lower its interest rates on savings accounts, personal accounts and UBS Fiscainvest Retirement Savings Accounts by 0.25%.
There will be no change in interest rates for young people's accounts (UBS Savings Account for Young People, UBS Generation/Campus personal accounts), for savings and personal accounts in euros and for current accounts for private clients.
By reducing interest rates on deposits, UBS is responding to easier conditions in the capital and money markets which are causing market interest rates to fall.
