Mark, who has been with the firm for over 17 years, moves into this new role from the Global COO's office where he was the Group Securities Initiative Programme Director. Prior to this, Mark held the positions of UK Finance Director, European CFO, and more recently Global Head of Revenue Operations. In addition to his roles within Finance he has also spent several years in Legal, Compliance & Risk Control.

Mark's key priorities in his new role will be to continue to grow the Fund Services business in the UK whilst maintaining the highest standards of client service quality. "In an environment of increasing product complexity, our clients are looking for a fund administration partner that can deliver reliable, efficient and high quality service in a flexible manner. Securing new business and continuing to develop our existing client relationships will ensure we make the most of all the opportunities available to us."
