UBS Wealth Management Americas Commits to Growing its Corporate Employee Financial Services Business

UBS Wealth Management Americas has affirmed its long-term strategic commitment to develop and grow its industry leading Corporate Employee Financial Services (CEFS) business. The CEFS group delivers equity compensation plan services and support for Stock Options, Restricted Grant Awards, Performance Grant Awards, Stock Appreciation Rights and Employee Stock Purchase Plans.

The CEFS group provides a comprehensive offering of financial education programs and various wealth management and executive services for plan participants. These are delivered via a network of specially trained and certified Financial Advisors who help participants understand the value of their benefits and are available to assist them in pursuing their individual wealth management objectives.
