This core development module gives you an in-depth understanding of the UBS strategy, vision and guiding principles and equips you with banking and finance knowledge. Further, you’ll learn about our business divisions' core capabilities and get the information you need to start your career. You’ll complete this module with graduates from other business areas because your peer network will be critical to your future success.

After GTP Discovery, you will be offered tailored training to give you the necessary technical skills to be effective in your role. This training varies by business but typically includes an intensive series right at the start to get you ready for work, combined with ongoing learning modules and qualifications that are relevant to your role.

Throughout the program, the GTPNet offers a series of developmental modules to further develop your skills and expose you to senior industry experts. The GTPNet also provides opportunities for community involvement and volunteering. You’ll also network with your peers, recent graduates and professionals from across the firm so you can really start building relationships and understand what makes UBS a great place to build a career.

The final element of the program is a one-day event to mark the end of the training program and support your transition to the next stage of your career at UBS.
