Students graduating from universities outside of Japan in 2013 or later

Bachelors, Masters, Ph.D and MBAs - all degree majors are welcome

Full-Time graduates 2013

Requirements

Those who are graduating from overseas universities (Undergraduates or higher) in 2013.

Recruiting process for 2013 Summer Interns and Full-Time Graduates

There are two pathways to apply for Japan positions:

1) Boston Career Forum (BCF)
Date: October 19 (Fri) – 21 (Sun) noon

Place: Boston Convention and Exhibition Center

1. Submit your application on-line at the Boston Career Forum Website. (We will start accepting applications in summer 2012. Until then, it’s closed.)
2. Follow the steps on the email you receive when you submit your application
3. Complete the on-line numerical test within five days after receiving the invitation email
4. We will contact you for next steps if you pass our CV screening and on-line numerical test

 

2) Winter Internship Program (For Australia-based students only)

1. Go to UBS APAC Job Board and simply click one of the hiring divisions which starts with “2012-13 Winter Intern Program” and submit your application on-line.(We will start accepting applications in summer 2012. Until then, it’s closed.)

2. Complete the on-line numerical test within five days of receiving the invitation email
3. We will only contact students who pass our CV screening and on-line numerical test
4. Divisional interviews - including phone interviews, video conferences and face-to-face interviews
5. Written case study exercise – this will vary according to the division to which you are applying
6. Offers extended to successful candidates

Please note that there are a limited number of positions: we screen candidates on a rolling basis and will finish the selection process as soon as we identify and find the top-qualified students.

UBS is scheduled to visit a number of campuses in US and UK in the Fall of 2012.  More details to be announced sometime in 2012, but the schedule will include, a UBS overview and networking sessions.

Early Career Exploration Program (ECEP 2013)

If you are a first or second year US or UK university student, scheduled to graduate in 2014 or after, UBS offers an Early Career Exploration Program (ECEP). The ECEP is designed to help you stand out from your peers while giving you the opportunity to learn more about investment banking and UBS. It will also help you develop your skills so you can fast-track your career.

Most of the ECEP events will take place in Tokyo, New York and London, so the program is likely to apply primarily to candidates living close to these locations.
