MBA Programs

Summer associate internships are primarily for MBA candidates between their first and second years of business school.

Summer associates experience the intricacies of our business through wide-ranging projects and business-specific education. They are given exposure to senior leaders through their work on concrete transactions, as well as through the formal mentorship program which is a key component of the internship. In addition to the experience and education acquired on the job, summer associates have the opportunity to participate in educational seminars and various social and networking events.

Please note that this program is only on offer in the Americas and Asia Pacific.

Full-time Associate opportunities are primarily offered to recent MBA graduates who have completed a UBS Summer Associate internship. As an Associate, you’ll join an introductory training program followed by on-the-job training and immersion in your assigned line of business.

For new associates, the initial induction program is followed by several weeks of core skill building specific to your business area. Our objective is to equip you with what you need to make an invaluable contribution. After this initial period, you will be integrated with your team.

New Associates will also have the opportunity to develop a network of colleagues and senior leaders that will serve as a resource for continuous learning.

Please note that most candidates are sourced directly from our Summer Associate internship program outlined above. In addition, this program is only on offer in the Americas and Asia Pacific. If you are interested in career opportunities in other regions, we invite you to explore our job openings for experienced professionals.

If you are interested in MBA career opportunities outside our MBA associate program, we invite you to explore our job board for experience professionals. In addition, our Wealth Management business also recruits MBAs for our Global Emerging Market Associate Program in Switzerland.
