Zurich/Basel, 14 February 2011 - Following UBS's recent announcement that Sally Bott had decided not to stand for re-election as a member of the UBS Board of Directors, she has accepted a position at another firm and accordingly has resigned with immediate effect from her functions at UBS.

Helmut Panke will act as ad-interim Chairman of the Human Resources and Compensation Committee, taking over from Sally Bott.
