We all lead busy, complex lives with many demands on our time and energy. UBS believes that part of our responsibility, as an employer is to recognize that our staff has lives outside work and that there is a close relationship between their home-life and their motivation at work. Furthermore we believe that people who have an appropriate balance between their home and work lives are likely to make a greater contribution at work.

Our work-life balance initiatives aim to provide support – in many different forms – throughout the employee's working life and to reflect their changing concerns and priorities.
