UBS raises interest rates

UBS is raising interest rates on savings accounts, savings accounts for young people and Fisca accounts. The rates for savings accounts in euro and personal accounts in euro are also being increased. The changes will come into effect on 1 July 2006.

UBS is increasing the interest rates it pays on deposits in response to the rise in domestic long and short-term rates. The Swiss economy remains very dynamic.

The following interest rates will apply with effect from 1 July 2006:
