Change of card limit

Would you like to change the limit of your UBS Credit Card? If so, please fill out the «Change of card limit» form below in full, sign it and send it to us.

Complaints

Have you discovered discrepancies on your credit card statement? If you have, you can reclaim these using the complaints form.

Important note:
We can only lodge a complaint to the affected company if you object to the transaction in writing within 30 days of the statement date.

Security

Cutting-edge technology helps to make UBS credit cards a secure way to pay. If your card is lost or stolen, your liability for unauthorized use of the card is limited to CHF 100. Please refer to the sections of the General Terms and Conditions relating to due care and attention and take note of our security tips.

Fraudulent phishing e-mails in connection with 3-D Secure *

Any e-mails you may receive that prompt you to renew your 3-D Secure password are also instances of phishing. The password you specified when registering for 3-D Secure is valid indefinitely. We nevertheless recommend that you change it periodically.
