The UBS rental surety savings account is designed for property owners and rental agencies in Switzerland for the purposes of holding the security deposits obtained from renters. The account is in the name of the renter or renters and is in CHF.

An annual account statement and interest calculation as at 31 December provides you, the renter, with a detailed overview of your deposit and the interest paid on it. The property owner or rental agency do not receive any statements.
