Budget calculator for young people and students

This is how the budget calculator works:
  1. Decide on your saving target.
  2. Enter your average income and spending for each month. We have guideline figures to help you do this.
  3. Think about how much you can save in each category and enter the adjusted figures in the right-hand column.
  4. The budget calculator will work out how long it will take you to save up the money you need.

Budgeting made easy – with the Personal Financial Assistant

One quick and simple way to list your costs is to use the Personal Financial Assistant in e-banking and the Mobile Banking app. When you spend money on an item it will be allocated to a category - mostly automatically. An easy-to-read diagram will show what you're spending most on, and what is costing you least.

Long-term saving – for your goals and aspirations

To make your wishes come true more quickly, we recommend investing your savings in a UBS savings account. A savings account offers you a higher rate of interest than your personal account.

Our client advisors will be happy to help you and to answer any questions.
