The option of withdrawing your Fisca retirement capital early in order to buy your own home or amortize mortgage loans makes the Fisca retirement savings account extremely attractive, even for young savers. Early withdrawals to promote home ownership are possible every five years.
Early withdrawal for buying or renovating your own home (no holiday homes).
Early withdrawal for directly amortizing mortgage loans. A share of the mortgage is repaid every year. The capital component of the mortgage and the interest steadily decline.
Indirect amortization of the mortgage loan and pledging of retirement capital: the annual amortization payments are not used to reduce the mortgage, but are paid into the retirement savings account. You enjoy a double tax benefit: your interest payments and annual deposits into your Fisca retirement savings account are deductible from your taxable income.
