How much does it cost to use UBS Quotes?

At present all the information and functions in UBS Quotes are available free of charge. You can access the comprehensive service if you have a client relationship with UBS and have a valid e-banking or Quotes agreement.

Which instruments/investment categories can clients find in UBS Quotes?

Indices, equities, new issues, convertible bonds, bonds, derivative investments, investment funds, investment foundations, currencies/notes, money market products and metals/coins. We are committed to providing you with a comprehensive service which offers broad, global coverage of the most important financial instruments.

Setting bookmarks                        

Can I create a bookmark (favorite) for pages that I access on a regular basis?                                          

Yes. However, do not use your browser's bookmark/favorites function as these bookmarks will not be permanent. Your portal offers a special function that allows you to set stable bookmarks. To do this, click on the "Create stable bookmark" link in the main navigation.

Entering stock market orders

How can I enter a stock exchange order for a specific instrument directly from UBS Quotes on behalf of clients?

If a direct trade is possible, buy/sell is displayed in the full quote (instrument's detailed view). Some stock exchanges are not supported by this function. (e.g. Berna Exchange).

The buy/sell buttons are not displayed

Why are the buy/sell buttons not displayed for some securities?

It is not permitted to enter an order for this security or the selected stock exchange in e-banking, or the stock exchange is not authorized for direct access to e-banking.

Changing the language                                           

How can I change the language?

Click on the "Settings" link at the top of the screen (above the main navigation) in order to open your user profile. In your user profile you can alter the language, time zone and password.

Updating data                                                        

How can I update the displayed prices and data?   

The information displayed is not refreshed automatically. However, the prices are updated each time you click on a link. For example, if you call up a new view in the full quote of a security the prices are also updated. To update the information that is currently displayed, click on the corresponding navigation entry again.
