Report loss of the UBS e-banking card without delay to the support, which will immediately block access to your bank information with the lost card, and provide you with a replacement card. |

How do I change my PIN for the UBS e-banking card? |
UBS recommends changing the PIN regularly. Insert the UBS e-banking card into the card reader and switch on the device. Then press the "Menu" button. Use the arrow buttons to navigate to the menu point "PIN change" and select OK. For the PIN change, you will then be led through the menu. |

Replace card reader or change batteries |
