How it works

Once you have registered with your biller for e-bill (via UBS e-banking or with the biller directly), your bills will no longer be sent by post. The biller will transmit your payment data electronically to SIX Payment Services Ltd. You can view this data in UBS e-banking. When you call up an e-bill, you will see the same information as you would on the paper bill, and you don't have to enter any additional data to make the payment. You can select the payment date yourself, and you can change the amount to be paid or reject the e-bill. You can also view the status of your e-bills at any time in UBS e-banking. E-bill details may be viewed online for 90 days after the date they are due.

An agreement with SIX Payment Services Ltd is required for e-bill business before you can register in UBS e-banking with your invoicing parties. Please contact SIX Payment Services Ltd directly.
