With Cards Online you can now access your credit card or prepaid card data from anywhere in the world, 24 hours a day via the Internet or mobile phone, enabling you to keep a constant eye on your spending.

Online access

UBS e-banking allows you to access the following functions online securely and simply:

• balance overview
• amount still available
• overview of current spending
• access to the last 24 monthly invoices
• reordering of PIN code (free)
• storage of contact data for queries or to enable quick contact when card abuse is suspected
• detailed analysis options (including by spending category)

Access via mobile phone

Do you want to be able to request your personal card data while on the go? UBS Mobile Services keeps you fully informed about your credit or prepaid cards anywhere in the world, 24 hours a day. Simply and securely.

 Using the UBS Mobile Banking app you can access the following information:

• balance overview
• amount still available
• outstanding invoice amount
• open entries and transactions in the last monthly statement

Use the "Notifications" service to receive information by SMS or e-mail if:

• a debit is booked to your credit or prepaid card account which exceeds an amount defined by you.
• a payment is made to your card account.
• the balance of your credit or prepaid card falls below an available amount defined by you.

Send an SMS code to 827 (from abroad +44 778 1488 827) to simply find out the following specific information:

• your current available amount
• your last two transactions

To use UBS Cards Online you will need an account with UBS, an UBS e-banking agreement and a UBS credit or prepaid card for private individuals.

Why not benefit from UBS Cards Online too and register today as follows:

• Login to UBS e-banking as usual.
• Click on "Cards" in the main navigation menu of UBS e-banking
  
• Read the special conditions for using UBS Cards Online carefully and then click on 'Accept'. You will automatically be redirected to the registration page. Once here, please enter:
  
  • the 16-digit credit card number and
  • your date of birth
• A few days after the successful registration of your credit card, you will be sent an activation code by mail with brief instructions. Following activation, all the services offered by UBS Cards Online will be available to you immediately.
