The first UBS ETF was launched in Luxembourg in 2001. Since then UBS has launched over 75 ETFs which are available to investors in 13 countries and has ETF funds under management in excess of AUD 12 billion as of 30 September 2012. The UBS Australian ETF platform was established in 2012 with the launch of the UBS IQ Research Preferred Australian Share Fund, ASX code: ETF.
