If you hold several UBS credit cards, please state all your card numbers.
If you do not yet have a UBS VISA Card/UBS MasterCard, but would like to collect more bonus points when you spend, we would be happy to send you the relevant application forms.
All UBS clients with a named account and all holders of UBS credit cards can join UBS KeyClub. The scheme cannot be extended to numbered accounts, legal entities, clubs, associations or company cards.
