You can use a clear and simple user interface to carry out all your domestic and payments abroad online. You can transfer salary payments, create and manage standing orders, carry out account transfers, store and manage payment templates, display and process pending payments and obtain details of payments which have already been carried out.
International payments
UBS e-banking helps you to select the cheapest order type for the payment details entered when entering international payment orders.
For example you can make international payments in euro as cheaply as domestic payments, thanks to the new SEPA (single euro payments area) payment order – the result of an initiative by financial institutions in the EU, EEA and Switzerland.
The advantage of a SEPA payment is that, where payment is received promptly, the payee is credited with the full transfer amount as early as the next bank working day, at no additional expense to you, even if currency conversion is involved
There are two further payment types – Abroad extra and Abroad – available, and UBS e-banking will recommend the most suitable option according to the details you enter (e.g. currency, amount, destination, urgency).
Standing orders
Payments involving regular deadlines and fixed amounts to the same recipients are carried out automatically
Standing order only needs to be entered once
Payments anywhere in the world in all tradable currencies
Details can be changed or the standing order cancelled at any time
You can choose any payment dates you wish
You do not waste time generating individual payments
You do not have to monitor payment due dates
UBS e-banking provides an option for allowing collective signatures to be used for all types of payments, including salary payments.
If you already have a computer-assisted solution:
The electronic payment orders are prepared in your accounts payable or salary accounts programme in DCE format. You can then use the data transfer function to transfer them in a DCE file to UBS.
Incoming payments files from orange payment slips (BESR) and from direct debiting system LSV can be downloaded onto your computer for automatic reconciliation with your accounts receivable data.
You can, of course, call up the status of the payments transferred and implement any changes which are necessary.

UBS e-banking can work with various offline payment entry programs. Depending on what functions you need, you can choose from the programs, which are available UBS at a low cost or even absolutely free.
