We also interview two key UBS executives, Thomas Kaegi from Investment Advisory who confirms there is still value in equities, and Henry Hirzel from Global Family Advisory, who reveals that less than 20% of first generation companies manage to survive beyond the third generation. Henry reviews the options for overcoming this phenomenon and shares his tips for sustaining family wealth over generations.
