As UBS is a foreign private issuer, we are required to file an Annual Report with the SEC on Form 20-F. (This corresponds to the Annual Report on Form 10-K which a US company has to file). UBS's annual results reporting in Switzerland is made up of two documents: the UBS Handbook and the Financial Report. Our Form 20-F includes these two documents, and certain additional disclosures required by US regulations.
To meet SEC requirements, we produce extra disclosure about UBS as at 30 June, in addition to the disclosure in our main Second Quarter report. We provide this information to the SEC under a Form 6-K usually in the following September.
We provide other information to the SEC from time to time on Form 6-K, which may be accessed at the SEC's website.
