Group Managing Board

Die Mitglieder des GMB stammen aus den Führungsteams der Unternehmensgruppen und des Corporate Center oder haben spezielle Funktionen im Konzern inne. Dem GMB kommt bei der Umsetzung der «One Firm»-Vision und der Förderung der UBS-Ziele eine zentrale Rolle zu. Es ist seine Aufgabe, die künftige Ausrichtung, die Werte und Grundsätze des Unternehmens zu verstehen und zu hinterfragen. Zudem trägt das GMB zur Weiterentwicklung von UBS bei und fördert und vertritt ihre Kultur.
