UBS foundations are governed by Liechtenstein law, addressing estate and inheritance planning needs of clients. We offer a broad spectrum of services in the area of foundations:
support and advice on all issues relating to foundations
monitoring the execution of the foundation's regulations
administration of the foundation and implementation of requested changes
representation on the foundation board to monitor activities
