Confidential and secure 
A foundation gives you the opportunity to pool and utilize your assets conveniently and according to your needs.
UBS family foundations are governed by Liechtenstein law, addressing estate and inheritance planning needs of clients. Confidentiality is achieved by optimal security. No information about the existence of the foundation, its purpose or beneficiaries is made available to third parties. The identity of beneficiaries and the amount of assets involved remains confidential. The client may even nominate himself as the sole beneficiary during his lifetime. We offer a broad spectrum of services in the area of family foundations:
support and advice on all issues relating to family foundations
monitoring the execution of the foundation's regulations
administration of the foundation and implementation of requested changes
representation on the foundation board to monitor activities
All services are offered in collaboration with Liechtenstein external service providers who provide board membership together with Corpboard Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of UBS. For further information on setting up a foundation, please consult your client advisor or contact us directly.
