Contributions policy

UBS Canada will not consider charitable contributions for the following:

Organizations that are not registered with the Canada Customs and Revenue Agency
Organizations that discriminate by gender, race, colour, religion, age, national origin, disability, marital status, sexual orientation, or veteran’s status, plus any other categories under applicable law
Political causes or candidates for elected office
Religious organizations with the exception of non-sectarian programs that benefit the entire community
Sponsorship of advertisements in journals, programs or directories for schools or civic, fraternal or professional organizations
National or local chapters of disease-oriented organizations
The benefit of any one individual
Foundations, memorials or endowment funds
Mass mail requests

Decision Process

The UBS Canada Contributions Committee is responsible for reviewing all requests for financial support.
