Part A – General features and benefits of the Trust and the facilities; and Other specific information you should know about an investment in the Trust and the facilities
Part B – Terms and Conditions of the Trust and facilities
Part C – Fees and Charges, and Application Forms

Service Fees – Table of service fees

You should read Parts A, B, C and Supplementary PDS before making a recommendation to acquire Units in the Trust or to use the facilities. Notes:
1) Please note the minimum Balance if you select the Cheque Facility (see footnote 2). An account keeping fee may be charged if your daily balance averaged over a month falls below $5,000 Part C: Section 4, "Fees and Charges").
2) We may close your Trust Account if your daily balance averaged over a month falls below $5,000 (please refer to Part B: Section 3, part 3, "Minimum Balance" of the PDS for further details).
3) VISA Debit Card is not available for CMT Accounts held by companies.
4) This Facility enables you to arrange fund transfers from your Trust Account, eg: to a health fund or utility. It is different from Periodic Payments described in the PDS in Part A: Section 2, “What are Periodic Payments?”, page 9.
5) This facility allows you to arrange transfers to your Trust Account, eg: from your salary – see further in Part B: Section 3, part 2 “Direct Credit Facility” of this PDS. It is different from the Regular Contribution Plan described in Part A: Section 1, page 7 of the PDS.
6) If one of you dies we will treat your Trust Account as being owned by the surviving unitholder(s). See Part B: Section 3, part 1, “Joint Unitholders” for other details on joint unitholders.

We recommend that you read the entire PDS and in particular the terms and conditions AND fees and charges for the Trust and the facilities. You should also note that there are some circumstances in which we may close your CMT Account. For further details refer to Part B: Section 3, part 1, "Closing your CMT Account".
