UBS Snowsport Camps

UBS Snowsport Camps are designed specifically for snowboarders and skiers aged between 16 and 30.

Number of participants

Due to the limited number of spaces available, the number of participants is limited. Spaces will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. You must register at least 14 days before the camp begins (date of receipt).

Final registration

Each participant will receive a confirmation notice and invoice following registration. Registration will be considered final provided the invoice amount is paid within 10 days of the invoice being received. If payment is not made on time, the reserved place will become available again. Participation in the camp is limited to once per person.

Cancellation/Minimum number of participants

At least 12 people must register for each camp. Snowboard and ski classes will be conducted separately (with the exception of the freestyle camps).

If a camp has too many or too few participants, registrants will be offered a place in an alternate class in their order of preference, provided there is still space available. We reserve the right to amend the program or to cancel a camp at short notice due to poor weather conditions, risk of avalanche, shutdown of mountain railways or acts of God. The final decision will be made on-site, and participants will receive a full refund.

If a camp must be cut short, participants will receive a refund for the costs of any unused transportation, room and board.

Safety/Liability

We recommend participants to wear protective gear such as a helmet and back protection. However, this is their own responsibility. Ski and snowboard bindings should be checked by an expert before the camp.

All participants must have health/accident and third-party liability insurance for the period they are at the camp. The organizers accept no liability for personal injury or property damage.

Personal rights

Photographs of participants will be taken during the camp. Participants and their guardians acknowledge this and give their express consent that UBS may use any photographs or films in which participants are clearly recognizable for its own communication purposes, with no time limits or geographical restrictions and with no payment of compensation.

Participants agree that UBS can use their address details for its own marketing purposes and for the organization of the camps.

Cancellation costs

Registration is final. A full refund will only be granted if written notice of cancellation is given within the registration period. We recommend that you purchase cancellation insurance.

Place of jurisdiction

The Agreement shall be subject exclusively to Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction shall be Zurich.
