If you want the lowest current interest rates and can accept the risk of them rising in the future:
Choose the UBS Libor Mortgage in combination with a UBS Portfolio Mortgage or a UBS Fixed-Rate Mortgage.

If you want to concern yourself with your mortgage as little as possible:
Choose the UBS Portfolio Mortgage, possibly in combination with a long-term UBS Fixed-Rate Mortgage. The UBS Portfolio Mortgage has no maturity date so you never have to worry about extending it.
