Please take note of the following conditions for the UBS Time deposit account:
Flexible amount: Any amount in francs and centimes, from as little as CHF 5,000.
Flexible term: Terms from 1 year and 1 day to 10 years. Any maturity is possible (e.g. term of 2 years, 120 days).
Minimum interest rate: Interest rate per term is equal to at least that paid for UBS mediumterm notes.
Stamp duty on new issues: 0.06% per annum and any part thereof.
Date of the last interest rate change: 31.03.2009
