Step 1: ascertainment of your requirements
It is essential that we take great care to ascertain your exact requirements, current circumstances and objectives if we are to devise the optimum solution for you in due course.
As such, your client advisor will endeavour to establish your current financial circumstances as accurately as possible at this stage in the process.
In order to understand your requirements - and in keeping with our stringent code of conduct with regard to due diligence - you will be offered a confidential consultation, in the course of which your personal client profile will be drawn up.

Step 2: investment proposal and solution
Risk assessment
Having established your attitude to risk and risk tolerance, financial starting point and the future direction of the company, your advisor will draw up a carefully evaluated investment proposal tailored to your needs.
This will indicate the proposed investment period, investment products and diversification strategy, all of which will be talked through with you. You will receive a detailed breakdown of the various options open to you and their respective merits.
As part of the consultation process, you will, of course, also be asked for feedback on the proposed solution so that it can be refined or amended as required.
Step 3: agreement and implementation
At this stage, the aim is to ensure that you and your client advisor understand one another and are in agreement. The details will be finalized and once you have formally instructed us to act on your behalf we will begin to implement your unique, tailor-made investment solution.
You will receive comprehensive documentation and detailed plans concerning the further shape of your investments.
Step 4: review
Finally, your situation and investment solution will be systematically reviewed. Thanks to the regular, ongoing relationship management provided by your client advisor, you are assured of a tailor-made, continually optimized investment solution over the long term.
