Refinancing of a rental/lease agreement

This product is designed for lenders and lessors of consumer and capital goods. UBS Leasing finances the lender’s, respectively the lessor’s future revenues that have been discounted to the present value. The financed/leased asset and the due and payable lease rentals and instalments respectively serve as the main security. This concept facilitates allows attractive interest rates.
