Raoul Weil
was appointed Chairman and CEO of Global Wealth Management & Business Banking on 6 July 2007. He became a member of the Group Executive Board in 2005. He was Head of Wealth Management International from 2002 until 2007.
Previous to that, he assumed different management roles in the Private Banking Division in Asia and Europe. Between 1984 and 1998, Mr. Weil was with SBC, holding various assignments within the Private Banking Division in Basel, Zurich, Monaco and New York. He graduated with a degree in economics from the University of Basel and was born on 13 November 1959. He is Swiss citizen.
