Corporate Responsibility Committee

The Corporate Responsibility Committee's mandate is to discuss and judge the relevance of current or anticipated developments in stakeholder expectations related to responsible corporate conduct and their possible consequences for UBS.

The Corporate Responsibility Committee is advised and supported by a number of senior business representatives.

Members

	Peter Kurer Peter Kurer was elected to the Board of Directors at the AGM 2008 and thereafter appointed as Chairman. He chairs the Corporate Responsibility Committee and the Strategy Committee. CV

	Stephan Haeringer Stephan Haeringer was elected to the Board of Directors at the AGM 2004 and thereafter appointed as non-independent Vice Chairman. He is a member of the Corporate Responsibility Committee and of the Risk Committee. CV

	Peter Spuhler Peter Spuhler was elected to the Board of Directors at the AGM 2004. He is a member of the Corporate Responsibility Committee. CV
