Human resources and compensation committee
Human resources and compensation committee

The human resources and compensation committee has the following functions: (i) to support the BoD in fulfilling its duty to set guidelines on compensation and benefits; (ii) to approve certain compensation and (iii) to scrutinize the performance of the executives and supervise the succession planning for all Executives (other than the Group CEO). The committee operates under the human resources and compensation committee charter, as described in the organization regulations and its annexes.

Sally Bott

Sally Bott (Chair)

Sally Bott was elected to the BoD at the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) in October 2008. She chairs the human resources and compensation committee and is a member of the corporate responsibility committee.

Helmut Panke

Helmut Panke

Helmut Panke was elected to the BoD at the AGM 2004. He is a member of the human resources and compensation committee and of the risk committee.

Bruno Gehrig

Bruno Gehrig

Bruno Gehrig was elected to the BoD at the EGM in October 2008. He is a member of the governance and nominating committee and of the human resources and compensation committee.
