Auditors

Audit plays an important role in corporate governance. While putting high priority on remaining independent, the external auditors and Group Internal Audit closely coordinate their work, thereby ensuring the most effective performance of their responsibilities. The Risk Committee and the Board of Directors supervise the functioning of audit work.
