Corporate Responsibility Committee
The Corporate Responsibility Committee comprises 6-10 members, appointed from among the executive and non-executive Board members, the members of the Group Executive Board and the Group Managing Board.
The mandate of the Corporate Responsibility Committee is to discuss and judge the relevance of current or anticipated developments in stakeholder expectations related to responsible corporate conduct and their possible consequences for UBS and to suggest appropriate action
The Corporate Responsibility Committee is composed as follows:
