Selective strategic additions to the team have resulted in a skilled and experienced global growth portfolio management and research team covering the entire growth investment capitalization spectrum worldwide. In developing our teams we have made deliberate efforts to ensure the breadth of knowledge by increasing intellectual diversity. Today, the Growth Investors team draws on the accumulated insights acquired from many backgrounds as we have hired selectively from both within and outside of the asset management industry.

All of the Growth Investors' capabilities are team-managed with every team member serving as an analyst. We believe this contributes to the consistency of our growth strategies' performance.
