Work/Life programs
Tuition assistance program
UBS offers tuition assistance and book allowances. Eligibility is offered to fulltime employees who have completed six months of service prior to course registration.
Employee assistance program
UBS offers support through LifeCare Services providing access to information, counseling and referrals to specific services that can help employees and their families. This program provides information on such topics as prenatal child care, elder care, adoption and education. It is designed to assist employees with problems both in the home and in the workplace. All information will remain strictly confidential.
Child care assistance
UBS offers employees childcare options when normal arrangements fall through or are unavailable.
Adoption assistance
UBS provides financial assistance to eligible employees who are adopting a child.
