UBS Mailbox

You can communicate directly with your UBS advisor from the UBS e-banking platform. UBS Mailbox offers you a bilaterally protected communication channel for exchanging personal information with your UBS advisor.

Use UBS Mailbox not only for confidential messages and questions but for address changes, requests for quotations and other administrative matters as well.

When you activate UBS Mailbox for the first time, an "Account" with default folders (Inbox, Outbox, Trash and Folders) will be created in accordance with the contract terms. Your UBS advisor's address will automatically be entered into the address book, and you can start sending and receiving messages.

Available any time and from anywhere, this channel ideally complements the conventional communication options. The use of automatic control mechanisms ensures that client enquiries are processed more efficiently and reliably.
