E-bill with PayNet – The most convenient way to pay your bills
E-bill with PayNet – The most convenient way to pay your bills

PayNet makes UBS e-banking even more attractive. PayNet is a pioneering service which is attracting more and more e-banking users (more than 50 000 users) and which is already firmly established in the market. Businesses of various sizes and from diverse sectors throughout Switzerland now send their bills electronically via PayNet.

You too can take advantage of the opportunity to receive e-bills via your UBS e-banking account from invoicing parties affiliated to PayNet and to approve them for payment with just a few mouse-clicks without having to enter any additional data.

The advantages for you

  • You will no longer receive your bills and paying-in slips by post. Instead they will arrive electronically – quickly, reliably and regardless of where you are.

  • Processing and payment of your bills is taken care of online by UBS e-banking.

  • You no longer have to enter payment data manually to pay your bills.

  • You alone decide whether, when and how to make a payment. If you are not happy with the bill, you can change the outstanding amount or even reject the bill outright.

  • You can save your e-bills on your computer, or print them out and file them as usual.

  • Lost bills become a thing of the past. Thanks to state-of-the-art security, misuse is impossible.

  • Most invoicing parties whose bills you previously paid by direct debit will automatically switch payment from direct debit to PayNet as soon as you have registered with the biller in PayNet.

Requirements

  • PC with Internet connection

  • UBS e-banking agreement

  • Registration with PayNet and the relevant billers

How it works

Once you have registered with your biller for PayNet (via UBS e-banking or with the biller direct), your bills will no longer be sent by post. The biller will transmit your payment data electronically to PayNet. You can view this data in UBS e-banking. When you call up a e-bill, you will see the same information as you would on a paying-in slip, and you don't have to enter any additional data. You can select the payment date yourself, and you can change the amount to be paid or reject the e-bill. You can also view the status of your e-bills at any time in UBS e-banking. E-bill details may be viewed via a link to the biller.
