Order for replacement UBS e-banking card and card reader
If you block or lose your UBS e-banking card, or if your card reader is defective, please contact UBS e-banking Support on 0848 848 062. A new card and/or card reader will be ordered for you right away. Please note that a charge will be made for replacement cards and additional card readers.
Order costs
UBS e-banking card: CHF 20 (incl. VAT and delivery)
UBS e-banking card reader: CHF 30 (incl. VAT and delivery)
New clients are automatically provided with a card and card reader free of charge when they conclude an agreement. Faulty card readers are also replaced free of charge.
