Why can I not specify today's date as the execution date?

This is possible in principle. Please see our acceptance deadlines.

How can I modify or delete a payment?

Payments which were entered online can be modified or deleted in the Payments menu under "Pending orders". If you have entered a payment offline (e.g. via UBS Pay or NetBanking) and transmitted it via DCE file transfer, you will need to wait approx. 30 minutes before the payment becomes available in the "Payments" menu under "Pending orders".

How do I research a payment already debited to me account?

Use the button "Research" in the account statement (detailed view of booking in question) to send a message to our research unit.

How do I research a payment that has not yet been made/booked?

Please contact the UBS e-banking Support on 0848 848 064.

The address of the PC account number is not the same as the one on my paying-in slip.
