Replace card reader or change batteries

Please contact UBS e-banking Support for a free replacement card reader. Alternatively, if the battery is empty, you can simply change the battery.

My UBS e-banking contract is blocked.

Please contact the UBS e-banking Support on 0848 848 064.

Loss or theft of a UBS e-banking card.

Report loss of UBS e-banking card without delay to UBS e-banking Support (0848 848 064), who will immediately proceed to block access to your bank information with the lost card, and order you a replacement card.

How do I change my PIN for the UBS e-banking card?

UBS recommends changing the PIN regularly. Insert the UBS e-banking card into the card reader and switch on the device. Then press the "Menu" button. Use the arrow buttons to navigate to the menu point "PIN change" and select OK. For the PIN change, you will then be led through the menu.

Loss of a UBS e-banking card reader.

Please contact UBS e-banking Support (0848 848 064) to order a replacement card reader. This will incur a charge of CHF 30.
