Accessing e-documents via UBS KeyGate is suitable for clients with large output volumes who require an end-to-end solution with an integrated archive function.

E -documents can be accessed automatically and efficiently, even with large data volumes.
By integrating business management software that includes an archiving solution with UBS KeyGate, clients' specific archiving requirements can be met. Clients are responsible for archiving.

How does it work?

You are already using the UBS KeyDirect, UBS AssetLink (via the UBS KeyGate interface) services and have business management software including an archiving solution which meets your legal requirements.
Daily, automated download of the e-documents, which are filed using the relevant archiving solution.

Requirements

To access e-documents via UBS KeyGate, you need:

a UBS account
a UBS e-documents contract
a compatible interface (UBS KeyDirect or UBS AssetLink) with a suitable archiving solution
