With UBS e-banking via phone, not only the button-controlled information services, is free of charge, but also the personal consultation with an advisor. The telephone provider's costs have to be paid for the telephone connection.

The normal charges apply for orders issued via the button-controlled information service or UBS Customer Service Center advisor.
