Things to know for the online application:

With a few exceptions, all applications must be submitted online through this website.

Candidates in the UK and Asia Pacific may only apply for one position at any given time. Candidates in all other regions may apply for no more than three positions at any given time.

Easy to follow on-screen instructions lead you through the application process. There are up to five stages for you to complete: personal details; education; work experience; languages and skills; and additional information..

Completing your application will take approximately 15-20 minutes, so it’s a good idea to give yourself plenty of time. Also, you don’t have to do it all in one sitting. You can stop at any time and save your application in draft form to complete later. But don’t wait too long, as your draft will only be saved for 30 days. And please note that we will not treat draft or incomplete applications as having been submitted for our consideration.

Before you begin, make sure you have all of the supporting information you need, particularly when it comes to answering the detailed questions on your educational background and work experience.

For some positions, you may be asked to complete a set of open-ended questions. These require in-depth responses from you on topics such as how you came to choose a particular position, business or region and how you think your personal attributes will contribute towards making UBS more successful.
