HR Specialists provide expertise in a particular competency area of HR knowledge and practice. You could be responsible for designing processes and measures around recruiting, compensation and benefits, talent development or performance management. You will provide support to HR colleagues in shared service centers and other business groups and also share your in-depth knowledge with people outside UBS.
