We also host programs and events to create a more inclusive working environment, and provide networking opportunities, mentoring programs and professional development in support of diversity.

Examples of our leadership in this field include Career Comeback, a joint initiative with The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania to create an executive education program for women returning to work after a career break.

UBS is a committed community partner wherever we do business. In the U.S., our activities create a wide range of opportunities for employee involvement, from volunteerism to team challenges and mentoring roles.

One of our top priorities is to support the development of children and youth. For example, we have funded after-school programs in New York and Chicago, and built a new student center to support higher education in Connecticut. UBS volunteers have also hosted field trips, painted classrooms and provided reading and tutoring support.

UBS is also a major sponsor globally, working in partnership with like-minded organizations to promote activities that reflect our values. In the Americas, these include contemporary art (MoMA), sports (The PLAYERS Championship) and orchestral music (Boston Symphony Orchestra, among others).
