Corporate Center supports UBS’s businesses by enabling them to operate effectively within this framework. We foster long-term financial stability by maintaining an appropriate balance between risk and reward. We also establish and control UBS’s corporate governance processes, including compliance with relevant regulations.

Corporate Center is responsible for UBS’s financial, tax and capital management and risk control, legal and compliance activities. We are responsible for communicating with UBS stakeholders, branding and positioning the firm as an employer of choice.

Corporate Center also has operational responsibility for certain business areas that provide shared services to the business groups. These include IT Infrastructure and Offshoring.
