CWLP is committed to promoting policies that enable individuals to realize their full potential across the divides of gender, race and class.
Families and Work Institute
Founded in 1989, the Families and Work Institute (FWI) is a nonprofit center for research that provides data to inform decision-making on the changing workforce, changing family and changing community. FWI's research typically takes on emerging issues before they crest. Their work often changes the language of debates to move the discussion forward and provides comprehensive research on the US workforce.
